Poetry is carnal.
It's the very essence of Beauty
What makes us ache.
What makes us -
Feel.
Feel Anything.
Pain, pleasure, hatred.

To put into words an emotion -
something so intangible is like...
Trying to hold the wind in your hands.
Nothing can fully describe the true emotion.

But still we try.
Like the sand that slips through our fingers,
Our words slip to the page in blackened ink.
